Winery, brewery & beverage exhibitor

 Winery/Brewery & Beverage Exhibitor Requirements: 

  • A total of 600 (1-2oz.) samples in plastic cups.  (Glass bottles or aluminum cans cannot be served to attendees) 
  • All persons serving alcohol must be 21 years or older.
  • All servers are required to check for appropriate wristband to insure patrons are over 21.  If unsure, ask for ID to verify age.
  • Tablecloth, booth decorations, and branding/marketing materials
  • Tasting plate, napkins and/or plastic-ware if needed
  • Gift Card/Gift Certificate donation of no less than $25 for our silent auction/raffle
  • All exhibitors must be set up by 4:45pm and maintain booth presence until 9:00pm


Taste of FV will provide:

  • Business Logo on our website, social media & event program
  • 10 x 10 Booth space
  • (1) 6 foot table & (2) chairs
  • Ice & additional plastic cups, if needed
  • (2) staff admissions.  Additional staff tickets can be purchased, if needed.
